As an administrator, you can change roles, block or delete accounts and manage IP blocks. For existing accounts, last login is filled in after they log in again following this update.

Media limits
These settings work inside your private browser demo. The defaults are 12 MB for photos, 1600 pixels for the saved long side, 60 MB for videos and 30 seconds for video duration.
Choose your own positive whole-number values. The PHP, hosting and web-server limits can still be lower and then take precedence.
The demo settings do not change the server. upload_max_filesize and post_max_size must be higher than the selected file-size limit. For larger videos, also check memory_limit, max_execution_time, max_input_time and any hosting or web-server upload limit.

Database and hidden-file protection
The demo stores its database outside the public web directory. A normal installation also performs a real HTTP test using a temporary hidden file.
Keep .htaccess in place when updating manually.
SelfHostedChat version
SelfHostedChat deliberately does not check for or install updates automatically. Visit the website occasionally, download the newest package and make a backup first. For a normal update, replace only index.php. Keep .htaccess, the SQLite database, media, logos and settings in place.
Password reset requests
A user first enters the access key and then the chat name. After your approval, only the same browser used for the request can set a new password.
There are no open password reset requests.
Blocked IP addresses
No IP addresses are blocked.
